Dronesurvey Asia is the leading enterprise and commercial drone solutions provider in Hong Kong. All our drone pilots hold the UK-based CDP-C™ or an equivalent qualification for commercial aerial operations. We have a full Advanced Operations Permission (AOP) from the Civil Aviation Department (CAD). In additional, we are fully covered by comprehensive third party liability insurance. Confined space inspection service
We provide advanced structural inspection and reporting services using the unique Flyability Elios confined space inspection drones. The Elios is able to inspect and to create 3D model in a wide range of hazardous environments including:
• Storm drains and culverts
• Chemical storage tanks
• Sewage and water processing facilities
• Light wells
• Tunnels and ventilation shafts
• Power generation and cement plants
• Atrium roof and areas above false ceilings
We are also the authorized dealer and support agent for Flyability, offering sales and support to customers in Hong Kong and Macau. There are two drone models in the range:
- Elios 2 is a robust, stable visual inspection solution and has several users in Hong Kong. Elios 2 is already on the CITF pre-approved list, Ref. No. PA21-034.
- Elios 3 is with adds on-board LiDAR for real-time 3D mapping, survey grade point clouds, and BIM.
Non-destructive testing services
We provide remote Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services using the advanced Voliro T drone. The Voliro T is specially designed for contact-based NDT inspection at height, and in complex or hazardous environment.
Choose from the following NDT inspection solutions:
• EMAT (Electro Magnetic Acoustic Transducer) for thickness measurement of steel and metal structures with corroded or dirty surfaces.
• UT (Ultrasonic Transducer) for thickness measurement of exposed steel and metal structures.
• DFT (Dry Film Thickness) for thickness measurement of protect coatings.
• Impact Echo Scanning for the testing of concrete structures
• Pulsed Eddy Current for measuring wall thickness through insulated pipes.
Long term time-lapse service
We provide long term time-lapse recording for construction projects using Site-Eye, the UK’s leading specialist in long term construction recording and filming.
Site-Eye weatherproof cameras are used by construction professionals around the world to general beautiful time-lapse videos, and to tract and archive project progress. We have cameras running on several prestige projects in Hong Kong and Macau.
Emlid– REACH GNSS RTK receivers
We sell and support the Emlid range of affordable and reliable GNSS RTK receivers. Emlid receivers are robust, highly accurate, easy to use, and cost-effective.
All receivers are set up and controlled using the Emlid Flow lapp on your smart phones (IOS and Android), which supports hundreds of coordinates systems, including HK1980 GRID.
